CHILD HELPLINE (1098)
Child Helpline (1098) is the 24×7 toll-free emergency service for children in need of care and protection under Mission Vatsalya, Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India. In Kerala, the service is implemented by the Department of Women and Child Development, Government of Kerala, through the State Child Protection Society (SCPS) and District Child Helpline Units functioning in all fourteen districts. The service is available round the clock and may be accessed by any child or concerned citizen by dialling 1098.
